The Cape Town TEFL / TESOL Training Institute, also trading as TESOLSA, was established in 1991 together with the Cape Town School of English, an EFL (English as a Foreign Language) school specialising in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL).
Being the first training institute of its kind in South Africa we are proud to say that we have trained innumerable TEFL teachers since our establishment, who have enjoyed successful long-term careers or short-term spells in the ESL industry all around the world.
Our EFL school has received students from all over for English studies. Our students register for both short- and long-term courses, ranging from two weeks to one year. They travel to Cape Town to study English; hailing from many countries, mainly Europe, Africa and the Far East.
The collaboration of our two training institutes has played an integral role in our success in the training of our TEFL/TESOL Teachers.
All our Trainers are qualified professionals who have experience teaching English in a variety of settings.
